About AZGARATH:
Azgarath was born from the encounter of Cryptic (drums) and Maeror (vocals, guitars) in 2017 in Brive la Gaillarde – Corrèze – France. Their ambition was to create an old school black metal, fatal, violent and cold
2018. Joined by Ghoul (guitars) and Dvoeraatrh (bass guitar) the band composes and releases its first demo "Possessed by the Moon". It will be produced by Dunkel, of the band "Sale Freux", under his label France Oïl Productions. A series of gigs will accompany the release of this first release.
2019. Cryptic and Maeror spend a year working on an ambitious double album : "Echoes From the Past". It'll see the light in December 2020 and will be produced again by the label France d'Oïl Productions. The album is played live. One of these performances will be recorded and released as a split, in cassette format, with the band Foghorn.

This EP, "Old", just like the previous albums, explores a mystical past, buried under dust, ancient, lost in time and engulfed in nothingness.
